In Investment Casting

At Craft Cast, we have the ability to cast a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including stainless steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, and many others. Our alloy quality is verified by spectrophotometer analysis at the melt furnace. We can provide rapid prototyping services to assist our customers in their design process or to cost effectively produce small production runs. With a wide array of modern manufacturing equipment and years of expertise at our disposal, Craft Cast can efficiently and economically produce the most complex parts for our customers.

Craft Cast has over 50,000 sq. ft. of Manufacturing space to produce world class investment casting for a variety of industries.

• Haas TL-25 Twin Spindle CNC lathe with bar feeder for high production turning work
• Sand, Shot, Stainless Shot, and Water Blasting Capabilities
• State of the Art, Large Capacity Autoclave
• Shimadzu GVM 514 Spectrometer for Accurate Alloy Analysis
• Two 250KW Inductotherm High Frequency Melt Unit Capable of Melting 1,400 lbs. per hour
• 8,000 sq. ft. Humidity & Temperature Controlled Drying Room with Overhead Conveyor System
